This year the Will County Supervisor of Assessment’s Office will have two events at the Plainfield Township Building. They will be helping taxpayers apply for and renew the senior citizen assessment freeze and other exemptions. The event dates are April 16, 2012 and June 4, 2012 between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Similar to an open house, no appointments are necessary. If you have any questions regarding these events or available exemptions, please call the Plainfield Township Assessor’s Office at (815) 436-5110 or visit www.plainfieldassessor.com.
