Most of the visitors to our office are in the higher risk groups. These safety procedures are meant to help protect those most at risk.
Please call our office at 815.436.5110. We will first attempt to help you over the phone or by email/mail. If we determine you need to come into the office, we will schedule an appointment. Masks or face coverings are required for your appointment. We ask that you do not schedule an appointment or visit our office if you have COVID-19, have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days, have a temperature of 100.4 or greater, or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

If you qualified for the 2019 Senior Citizen Assessment Freeze, Persons with Disabilities Exemption, or Veterans with Disabilities Exemptions, your exemption will automatically renew for 2020. No action or application is required per Public Act 101-635. See statements here: Press Release Folleto
